Hi my name is Aileen Fyfe and here are a few things I would like to share with you:

Passion in Life-  Music, Pilates, Barre and of course socialising.

I Started out working in the hospitality Industry when I was 19 at Rios Hindley street. It is now called Red Square, when customers were mainly pimps , drug dealers , prostitutes and the usual party heads. It really opened my eyes as I was so Naive.

​

I had a very bubbly personality and after working there for a few months I was very very lucky to be approached by a guy to work for him at and opening of a five star Hotel.

I did not have much experience but he liked my personality and i worked for him learning lots.

The customers I was serving ranged from celebrities to Rock stars to the wealthy. 

I had to work hard but it was rewarding..

I ended up working 3 five star hotels in Adelaide for the next 8 years learning all aspects of the trade. i was always head hunted as I was well respected for my hard work and bubbly personality.

a few years later I worked overseas in Dublin Ireland for a decade for many high profile operators including Marco Pierre White the famous chef.

Dublin taught me lots, made me who I am today still with lots of passion for the industry and of course the people we look after. 

​

I returned back to Adelaide and started a small Bar called Balcony Bar on King William st around 8 years ago. It was the hardest but most rewarding place to get going.

Goals

I have acheived many, the most important was travvelling overseas to work and diong well all alone with only myself to do it.

I did better than I could of dreamed.

Also returning back to Adelaide and starting a Bar that works and is wellcoming to all walks of life.

 

Struggles.

Managing staff, kicking undesirables out of work to keep it safe and good to enjoy.

I have very loyal values and I like to treat all how I like to be treated

I hate racism bullying and anyone who like to abuse.

I love people from any walk of life.

I always like to have fun and i have a huge sense of humour.
